How do I change?

* You can request a replacement for 14 days from the date you receive the product.

* The product you want to replace must be unused in its original box / package and not lost its resalability feature. Otherwise, your request will be answered negatively.

* When the product reaches us, it is evaluated by the authorities. If the product is in stock, your exchange will be shipped to you. If the product is not in stock, you will be refunded and you will be notified electronically.

* You can send your products free of charge with the shipping number notified to you after the change request.

* Splash problem is the use error, does not fall within the scope of return exchange.

* Liquid discharge is caused by coil and usage method and does not fall within the scope of return and exchange.

* User errors that may occur while updating are not covered by the warranty.

* Products such as CAM, gasket and coil are not covered by the warranty.

Are electronic cigarettes guaranteed?

There is a warranty certificate in the package. But those warranty certificates are invalid in Turkey because the products are not imported by an authorized distributor. However, you have the right to exchange in 14 days, the products you have purchased from our company. Return exchange conditions are stated above.

What are the products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply?

The products that are produced by the request of the buyer and made special by making changes or additions.
Products that are not suitable for being sent back in terms of their quality (The condition of returning the products which are hygienically sensitive such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics is the condition that the product has not been opened and untested.)
Audio or video recordings opened by the receiver (DVD, CD and Cassette, etc.), printed products (books, magazines, etc.), software programs and computer consumables.
Products that are in danger of immediate deterioration or are likely to exceed the expiration date.
Products whose price is determined in the stock market or in other organized markets (all products in Gold, Silver and Gold categories etc.)
Products and services purchased from the holiday category, such as hotels, domestic / international tours, excursions and air tickets. Cancellation / refund of these products and services are made in accordance with the vendor agent application.
